Wellness Provider Agreement

Congratulations on joining an amazing community of wellness providers and seekers! There are many who are seeking your special wellness talents and gifts. We look forward to being the bridge that brings the two of you together.
In order to provide both the wellness provider and the wellness seeker an optimal experience on WellMorph, please carefully read through the following Wellness Provider Agreement. You may also want to print this page for future reference (right mouse click, select ‘print’ in the drop own menu). Then sign, and submit it.
Once that is completed, you will be redirected to forms that allow you to submit a Wellness Provider Profile. Once your Wellness Provider Profile is complete, you can submit articles/videos/audios/products/offers/classes/workshops/masterclasses.

- Wellness Provider Responsibilities:
- Any material you would like to provide meets the purpose and intention of the WellMorph website:
- to bring together Wellness Seekers and Wellness Providers allowing them to co-create vibrant wellness, a joyful life, and spiritual fulfillment
- to transform what it means to be well, to change perceptions regarding how to create wellness, and to awaken forgotten skills in the individual to empower them to metamorphose to new levels of wellness, joy, and fulfillment
- to become the TripAdvisor for wellness seekers and wellness providers by exploring and organizing the many possible wellness options available while empowering people to make choices that fit their individual lifestyle, beliefs, inner knowing, and personal preferences
- By providing an article, video, images, biographical information to WellMorph, LLC, you agree that you are in no way becoming a part of the WellMorph website or parent company WellMorph, LLC, nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the WellMorph website or WellMorph, LLC.
- If we use your article/video/audio/offer/products/class/workshop/masterclass, you are strongly encouraged to promote it on your own website, your own newsletter, your own social media forums, or other existing advertising mediums that you have. Promoting does not mean you post the item directly, but that you include a link to your item on the WellMorph website and a short sentence or two explaining what the item is about. This facilitates far-reaching awareness for you AND your fellow Wellness Providers!
- If we use your article/video/offer/class/workshop/masterclass, you may be added to a Wellness Provider Newsletter list. This will provide updates, promotions, and offers that you may choose to participate in or not. It is not recommended but you may opt out at any time.
- If, for any reason, you feel that you no longer wish to be a participant of the WellMorph website, you may contact us at wellmorphinfo@gmail.com to state your wishes.
- Any material you would like to provide meets the purpose and intention of the WellMorph website:
- Wellness Provider Article/Video/Audio Submissions
- Be Original: Articles/Videos/Audios must be unique to WellMorph. Articles/Videos must not have been published on any other website, forum, chat or social media network (including your personal website/blog). It must not be slated for distribution on other sites. It could be a similar story with a new perspective or twist. The intent is in the spirit of providing value to the Wellness Seeker that they are not able to obtain elsewhere.
- Images/Videos/Audios: You may submit an image to accompany your contribution or submit a video as your contribution as long as the following requirements are met:
- The Wellness Provider is the copyright holder of the image/video/audio OR the image/video/audio is licensed under an appropriate creative commons license OR the image/video/audio is public domain. Proof must be submitted along with an image/video/audio showing that it does not infringe on copyright laws.
- WellMorph, LLC reserves the right to change/edit the image/video/audio if deemed appropriate.
- If people are included in the image/video/audio, the author/contributor must provide a written release allowing the use of likeness.
- Image/Video/Audio submission must be relevant to the article and/or WellMorph.
- WellMorph, LLC reserves the right to deny or remove any image/video/audio it deems inappropriate or contrary to the values and purpose of the company and the WellMorph brand.
- Write an Enticing Opening: Create a first sentence that makes the reader want to continue. Craft a first paragraph that tells the reader clearly and succinctly what the remainder of the article will be about.
- Make it Relevant: The WellMorph website is a community of healing with a clear mission: to help people explore the possible wellness options available while empowering people to make choices that fit their individual lifestyle, beliefs, and personal preferences. Doing this requires committed Wellness Provider willing to develop high-quality articles, products and services which are clear, confidential, well-documented and supported, and professionally delivered.
- Keep is Positive: There are many paths to healing. Present yours in a way that allows other solutions to be ‘right’.
- Article Length: Keep articles between 200-800 words, videos between 5 and 15 mins. Longer posts and videos will be allowed if it is necessary and relevant, but the final length of the article/video is decided by WellMorph, LLC editorial staff.
- Call to Action: end with a call to action
- Plagiarism: Plagiarism or copyright infringement is not permitted.
- Cite Quotes and References Properly: When quoting others, properly cite the source. To avoid plagiarism, cite the source of all outside material.
- Cite Health Claims: If you make a health claim for a given food, herb, supplement, practice, tell us how you know. If you mention a statistic or study, include a citation for that source. Use links from peer-reviewed scientific papers, academic journals and/or credible news outlets. Be clear about the robustness of the study. Expert opinions are not as robust as a randomized controlled trial but are still very noteworthy. Personal testimonies are valid health claims as long as it as noted as such.
- Links: While links to cite sources for quotes, references and studies are appropriate, unless deemed relevant/appropriate by the WellMorph, LLC editing staff, all other outside links will be removed. All affiliated or spam-related links will be removed at the discretion of WellMorph editing staff and might be cause for rejection of an article.
- Property: Articles will acknowledge your authorship, but will be the property of WellMorph LLC, the parent company of the WellMorph brand.
- Wellness Provider Offer/Class/Workshop/Masterclass Submissions
- Images/Videos/Audios: You may submit an image to accompany your contribution or submit a video/audio as your contribution as long as the following requirements are met:

- WellMorph Responsibilities:
- WellMorph, LLC does not pay for article/video/audio submissions. If you decide to submit an article/video/audio to WellMorph, you do so with the knowledge that you shall not be entitled to any compensation for writing the post or for any other compensation related to the post.
- The Wellness Provider will receive writing credit at the end of the article.
- If an approved photo, intro, bio, website/social media, credentials are submitted, the Wellness Provider credit will link to a Wellness Provider Profile page containing this information and any/all articles, videos, offers, sessions, classes, workshops, masterclasses that have been submitted and approved.
- WellMorph, LLC will share and promote approved articles, videos, affiliate links on a variety of possible platforms including social media and a monthly newsletter, but does not guarantee any particular site or audience reach.
- WellMorph, LLC reserves the right to add its own affiliate links as deemed appropriate.
- WellMorph, LLC. reserves the right to refuse, modify and/or remove an article, video, audio, author/contributor, Wellness Provider profile page link within its sole discretion at any time without notice to the Wellness Provider.
- If a submission is inappropriate or if the WellMorph, LLC editorial staff feels modifications are appropriate, a WellMorph, LLC representative will let you know and offer suggestions so that the submission can be modified, resubmitted and considered for publication at a later time.
- Search engine optimization information is added at the discretion of WellMorph, LLC./audio
